STUFFFFFFFF!

Booo My washer broke. It stopped working after it filled with water. Now I have a laundry basket full of soaking wet clothes and a washer full of water. Double BOO.

I got my For sale sign in the mail yesterday! I was so excited to put it up today, I went outside and with a skip in my step and...I couldn't put it in the ground..it wouldn't stay up. My daddy came and did it for me.

There is a spoon stuck in my garbage disposal. I can't get it out. I've tried. So did my dad.

The wheel on my garbage can broke. I can't roll it back to where it goes. I think I may call my Trash man and tell him to fix it.

I feel so helpless when I'm with Child.

Oh and I got a package today! I was so excited, I opened it up right away and..it wasn't mine. It belonged to the previous owner of our House. Oops. Now I've got to deal with trying to send it back. I love getting packages.

Our house is on the market..as you may have guessed. It's been on the market for a week. Not one person has come to look at it! Should I be worried? Here it is if you want to see it! click HERE!
This website doesn't have all the pictures up though, I would give you another link, but it never works. If you go to www.realtracs.com, click on search for a property, click on rutherford county, select residential, then in the slot that says subdivision, type stonehenge, then search. It will come up with all the pics.

Be HONEST please!!!!!!! Tell me what you think? Are the pictures bad? Do I need to lower the price (I think we do but Chad disagrees)

I went to Columbus this past weekend. I will post more on that later.

I don't think the price is too high. We sold our 1st house in Murfreesboro with about the same square footage 3 1/2 years ago for $115,000. I'm sure it's priced fair for the neighborhood, etc. I'll say a prayer that the right person finds it soon...I know how stressful it is to have a house on the market.

I think you're priced right. I would put more pictures up. Like some of the outside, backyard, and bedrooms. I'm definitely not a Realtor, but I've had my fair share of looking at houses, selling my own, and consulting with people who are selling there houses.
I hope all goes well! If you need anything, let me know!

I agree with the other two comments. Your house is priced just fine. It's only been a week, don't start worrying yet. The one thing, thinking as a perspective owner, that might make me hesitate on buying the house are the wall colors. Bright colors might be extreme for some people and they can't picture their furniture in the rooms. They may want something that is move in ready, instead of thinking they'll have to paint the walls.

So, if after a while you have no bites, because I'm sure you will, you may consider painting the walls in your house a neutral color.

My fingers are crossed for you.
